December 31st?? REALLY?

I know everyone says this, but oh my goodness, where did the year go?? Wow.

Card club this month was great fun, as usual, and the girls seemed to really like the cards! Probably because I gave them some choices this time with color and such...I will post some pictures soon!

On my wish list for the new year: having some Home Gatherings and maybe another card club or scrapbooking club. Contact me to schedule something! :)

Whew! Last night's card club was a busy one! Two of us made the cute advent activities box, and two made some lovely Christmas cards...everyone worked hard and I hope fun was had by all! Thanks, gals!

Card Club Cards...a little late :)

Due to having pneumonia for the past 2 weeks, I had no energy at all to get these photographed and posted, sorry about that! Here are the four we made at card club on the 26th.

This month....

So far I've been to a scrapbooking retreat with my card club gals and their church...next on tap is this weekend, two gatherings, one Saturday and one Sunday. The following weekend is Detroit Regionals in Livonia, then card club on the 26th and woo hoo! Frankenmuth for our extended family's yearly women get together! I'll post some photos of the project we're going to do at the gatherings this weekend and possibly one of the card club cards soon! :) I can't wait to create the gathering projects with the super cute October Stamp of the Month, "Holiday Magic"!

Second Card Club - Success!

First Card Club cards!

Here are the 4 cards we made at the card club...short notice cards, but lovely all the same. This was using the Wonderland (brown and blue) and Roxie (reds) B&T Duos packs and a few different stamp sets including the new Pair-A-Phrase, Love Life and Snowflakes sets. I'll be working on the cards for our next club using Believe (the green and red Christmas-y paper) and my now backordered Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge...my awesome upline, Tara is letting me borrow hers if I don't get mine soon. I can't wait to start chirping away with it!

First Gathering and First Card Club!

My first Home Gathering was a little short on people, but long on fun! The 5 of us had a great time. Thanks to my mom, Dorothy, Beth and Christina for supporting me, I totally appreciate it!

Short notice card club, again, short on people, but fun times! We made 3 new cards and since Charol couldn't make it to my gathering, we made another one of those as well. I'll post pictures soon. Getting Excited About Sunday

Whew! My Gathering is on Sunday. Finally got my business cards and nametag. Unfortunately only 4 people are coming to the Gathering. Sniff. Oh well. We'll make it fun! Hopefully some of my "maybes" will come... I have the flowers cut out, but am saving the paper and cardstock for some reason, I guess I'd better get on it! :) Still need to get something to munch on for my 4 gals, and practice my speech!

Sunday, here I come!

Yikes! What have I done! :)

My upline and some of the other unit members are doing a card swap...I chose the lovely Wonderland paper pack and a really cute stamp set, Snow Flurries. They are both just adorable...however, I am having "creator's block" and am trying to come up with something awesome to do with those lovely items that will impress my upline and colleagues. I also have to order the stuff...

Oh! And I'm STILL waiting for business cards! Hurry Town and Country! :)
